The tariff includes all bed linen and also towels, electricity/oil, logs for the wood burning stove and also cleaning essentials. Internet & e mail access is free of charge and there is a welcome basket of groceries on arrival. 4 pets accepted free of charge.
TO MAKE A RESERVATION USING THE SECURE ONLINE BOOKING FACILITY
To book online, please go to the secure online booking system, check to see whether the time period for the holiday is available. And and if so, follow the easy steps to pay the 25% deposit by credit or debit card and secure the reservation.
Once the online booking form is completed, an automated e mail respose with a unique booking reference will be sent confirming the reservation.
The balance of the holiday will be due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. However, if the booking is made within eight weeks of the start of the holiday, payment in full, rather than the 25% deposit will be processed through the secure online booking facility.
Contact will be made by e mail or telephone about one week in advance of the date on which the balance is due. The balance of the holiday will be deducted automatically, through the secure booking facility, and from the same credit or debit card used to pay the initial deposit.
A further e mail will then be sent to confirm the reservation. This will include check in time (and also check out time on day of departure), directions on how to find Hazelgrove and also where to locate the key to access the cottage.
